For SP Don Gallegher who went 6 and 1/3 innings without allowing an earned run in his first career start. He also hit a HR in the game.

Thanks tm, it was pitching, pitching, pitching in the World Series .
Game four was the key, down 2 games to 1 and blow a three run lead but win it in extras, I'll tell you there's no quit in my fake ballplayers .
Damn Hamilton is cursed though .

well, if it was all pitching, then i am glad a team that had something better than b+ pitchers won.
(i assume they are kind of good. i have not actually ever looked at your team.)

Yeah, Tim shelled my youngster in game 4 of the LCS and then dismantled the rest of the team as well.
Congrats on your series win, Rooster. Nicely done.

Ah, hammy you tried to play the "hot hand" in the playoffs, skipping Covington for the rookie - unlucky.

Well, I had 3 options for that 4th starter:
Mills - B+/A, A- overall having declined once already
Covington - B/A, B+ overall but had a very nice season
Gallegher - B+/A, at A- overall
I probably should have used Mills, but Gallegher over Covington was a ratings-based decision entirely.
