Player Card Changes

I've added OS Age to both the improvement view and the Past Skills view.

Also, I've updated the player cards to use the new mentoring formulas.

I'm a little confused by the new mentor scores [url=http://beta.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=48742&statsorimps=stats]Chapman[/url] is a 34 year old A- regular pitcher with a leadership of 68 and his mentor score is only 71 .

[url=http://beta.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?mode=player&playername=nobody&id=51842]Torkelson[/url] is an A- regular hitter with a leadership of 33 and a mentor score of 60.

Are we basing mentor on grades or performance ??

Here's the description of the new mentoring system:

Mentoring is based on age, modified overall rating, and leadership.

Chapman isn't as valuable a mentor because Control is weighted more heavily than Velocity.

So this will just further compound the value of control over velocity and power over contact.

I'm not sure that's a good thing.

It is an option leagues can turn on and will be turned off by default.
