The purpose of this is that I'd say most teams in most situations don't want to go over 80M to sign a player. But in some cases, if you know what you are doing and have a specific plan, you may want this flexibility.

I've added another field the the Free Agents page at the bottom called Max Salary. You can set this to be any number between 50 and 100. By default, teams are set at 80. Abe will not sign players to your team if the salary would put your team above this number.
