Trading CP's

I am curious because I was told this was illegal in our league but know that it happens in other dynasty leagues. Did our league take a vote at one time outlawing CP trading? It doesn't mention anything in the league rules

It's been brought up before but other owners are against it.

The league owners have to vote 100% for this to be allowed...my understanding is it was never allowed in this league.It's been brought up before but other owners are against it.

It seems like it might be up to the individual owners willing to take part in it, am I incorrect? I mean, I guess if it's frowned upon by most of the league, then everyone should honor that, but it doesn't seem illegal.

All owners have to be okay with this rule for it to be "legal"-- I believe.

It's something I think we could vote on but I don't think it would get 100% pass vote.

Hi - special rules like this aren't allowed in Dynasty leagues. All dynasty leagues allow CP trades.Tyson

FYI -- The going rate for CPs in my other league is a second round pick..
I also think if you are to trade CPs they have to be clearly posted on the league message board.

I agree, it's something that has the potential to be ugly. As long as it's clearly stated, no problems should arise.

Every trade in our league is ugly. My personal opinion after being in this league is that we should NOT allow CP trades.

Not all leagues, just Dynasty leagues. If you are in a Speed or Private league, please check your league rules before making trades.Tyson
