uhmmmmmm.....and a hitter who bats .230with 500+ AB's the entire season (and hurts his team) IS IMPORTANT???????? ROFLMAO
I'm sorry but I'd rather have a pitcher who ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTED to my team (nothing wrong with 40+ innings and era mid/high 3's) and wasn't just placed in the lineup to acquire crappy AB's just so he can improve in the OS.
I guess ABE (and certain others) appreciate a player just for getting ML AB's even though they are worthless players and have mediocre stats....:puzzled:

All he helped Boston do is stay mediocre.
If that's your idea of contributing then sure call Grim the ROY.
I'm not sure if you are aware but this is not real baseball, Samuel is gaining valuable experience (ICs) while helping his team to lose, very important in SIM.
In 4 years Samuel will be B+/A+ and hitting 25-30 homers a year while your teacher's pet, who has been horribly handled, will be a footnote, his 4th place finish in a ROY race the highlight of his career.

Sorry Mike you can ROFLMAO all you want but there are 153 pitchers in the league with more innings pitched than your ROY Grim, his "contributions" are, quite frankly, absolutely meaningless - he's the 6th man in a 6 man bullpen for a 5th place team.All he helped Boston do is stay mediocre.
