Hi, we've hired a consultant to look into the problems we've been facing recently. The site seems to be having problems right now, I'm going to leave the site in its current condition so he can thoroughly investigate.Tyson

His first recommendation is to setup some data gathering so that we can take a snapshot of a variety of things when the site experiences a problem. We can then analyze that data and see what to try next. I think we have been so focused on trying different things to fix this issue that it would be a good idea to take a step back.
I will keep you posted on our progress. Again, if you notice the site having long periods of problems, please post an Urgent message in Support so I can look.
