New 18 GPD Speed League

We have are starting a new Speed League - the Dave Winfield League. The league will play 18 games per day and have an interesting mixture of rules.

Thanks, it isn't dependent on demand for new teams. The problem we run into is 8 months after we start a new league, when we need to find new owners to keep that league going. If we're filling those replacement slots, we'll start new leagues.
