Added a new minor league Improvement System, System 4. This will be very similar to System 3 except that it is geared towards having 25 players in the minors rather than 15. You'll get 10 ICs per game, but will be penalized for having less than 25 minor leaguers. This means you'll have 25 guys who get 64.8 ICs per season. If the quantity of "QUALITY" players in the draft increased as well, I'd say yes, but I doubt that is the case. My vote is NO. I don't want any more players than we have right now.

I do believe that they need to add more teens in the draft.

Put me down as no also. I have trouble having 15 sometimes when it seems like a waste of space having all these 20-21 year old in the draft with d control, and everyday players with d and d- health. I was wondering if all draftees caught H1N1 or mono and never bounced back.NO!!!!!!!!!

More training only means they will just go from extremely bad to moderately bad.
such a big change need more explaining about the benefit we may have. what about the leagues thats use it already ? are they happy with it ?

I read this change and wondered if I was missing something because it seemed like such a bad idea. At the least I now know I am not alone in my impression of it.No.

I must say that I was not in favor of this change I was just wondering how everybody else felt about it. And now I know!

No here too. It did seem like the two leagues I'm in had a much younger draft pool than previous years alot of 16-18 yr olds.
