Nothing will be saved if you try to change them. That will be step 2, as well as making the Runner speed dropdowns jive with the league letter/number/+- settings.
I'll work on that next week, as well as making these settings actually have an impact on the game.

I have added some preferences to the Substitutions page for Pinch Runners. Let me know if you have any feedback.Nothing will be saved if you try to change them. That will be step 2, as well as making the Runner speed dropdowns jive with the league letter/number/+- settings.

So will the system allow for two pinch runners? If not, how do we make sure the runner on 2nd is replaced? I am thinking about a bloop single that will either win or tie the game if the runner on 2nd scores.

Here is a hypothetical senario: Its the bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, bases loaded... all three runners fall below the maximum desired speed but the man on 2nd is the slowest of the three... real slow... really really slow... I want to make sure that the slowest runner is replaced with the pinch runner as well as the lead runner.So will the system allow for two pinch runners? If not, how do we make sure the runner on 2nd is replaced? I am thinking about a bloop single that will either win or tie the game if the runner on 2nd scores.

I think both runners would be pinch ran for. But let's back up a step - how did the bases get loaded? My guess is that the runner in question would have been pinch ran for prior to the bases getting loaded.Tyson

My major change lust is still for base stealing preferences not to be grouped by letter.
That and the league leaders bolding to be for AL & NL not combined,

I didn't think that far "behind" before posting the scenario. I suppose there were players on 1st and 2nd... and the next player was walked. As manager, I would have replaced the slow guy on 1st as soon as he reached it and probably the guy on 2nd when he also reach 1st.
