Bubba is 22 (OS23), plays all 3 OF positions and is 75% at 1B. He's a contact hitter (B+/C+ from both sides) with excellent A+ speed to go with his top-o-the-lineup type skills.
Age not really an issue, though I'd rather someone not ready to retire right away.
