Would consider trading him for a decent younger starter, maybe a good reliever, a middle infielder, or maybe picks. Would prefer a decent starter, however. If you are contending and wish you could upgrade that young 4th or 5th starter, this might be the guy for you.

The ideal candidate is a 26-year-old with endurance like C- or C or C+. He has decent ratings, like B/A-, but he's just an expendable middle-relief option for a contending team whose staff is already stacked.
(Guys: I'm not trying to be too specific with that stuff I just said. If you've got something close, come talk to me.)
