I am going to change some of the team records to result in ties, so that I can test the Tiebreaker logic for Draft Order.

Ok, I think I figured out why this didn't work properly before. I've fixed the issue - ties should be properly broken when the OffSeason runs.
This is only for the Draft Order at this time. I will look into Home Field advantage stuff later this week.
Looking at head-to-head records, LA should draft 1st, Pit 2nd, Seattle 3rd, the other LA 4th. NY should draft before ATL.

I added this in for playoffs too to determine home field advantage. This would be for the instance where 2 teams finish with the same record tied for 1st. Or when there are 2 teams tied for 2nd and a tiebreaker game is played.
I'm going to pause the playoffs so I can finagle a tie in one league for 1st, and the other for 2nd, before they run next time.
