I've made a bunch of enhancements to the roster page. These changes have been made in my development area and moved into place tonight. Did I mention I have a development area? This way I can try new things out on the site without disrupting anything with the beta testing.February 06, 2002 at 10:04PM View BBCode

Also, still see the number ratings on the individual player cards, the promote/demote screen and the trade screen.February 06, 2002 at 11:31PM View BBCode

Both the fatigue bars and the A-F ratings display are working. I love them -- great additions. Perhaps instead of color for the fatigue bars, you might just want to give a description: Fine, Tiring, Fatigued, Resting. That, or simply a number rating from 1-5; 1 = not tired, 5 = need a day off. Either variation might be more clear than the color scale. Regardless, this is an excellent feature.February 07, 2002 at 06:33PM View BBCode
A player's total rating, range and arm are all still displayed in numeric form on the player card.February 07, 2002 at 06:48PM View BBCode
Couple of suggestions on the fatigue bars. Probably worthwhile to have a key somewhere explaining what each color represents. Also, there seems no reason to have such a large bar unless there were going to be varying lengths depending on how tired the player is. In fact, that might be a better way to go -- a complete bar would mean fully rested, a very short bar would mean tired, no bar would mean sitting out the next game, etc. Might be more readily understandable at a glance then with the color coding.February 08, 2002 at 02:14PM View BBCode
Graphics are obviously my weak area. Let me try something else with these. I like the idea of a bar that goes down as the player gets less rested. I could call the column Energy instead of Tired. Maybe that would work.February 11, 2002 at 11:23PM View BBCode
I fixed the bug on the player page. The ratings now display correctly on the player card.Pages: 1
