and which of the two new owners think they got the better results out of the expansion draft? Or at least post what position/ area your team is strongest in.

Cin came out ahead

As a newbie, I learnt my 1st lesson on the expansion draft. One of many I expect to learn. I think Cin managed to snag every good player that was on the old St Louis team.
But - He outsmarted me and I am here to have fun so let the season begin. :)

If in fact I outsmarted St. Louis, it was dumb luck indeed. I had no idea how the expansion draft worked, for some reason I thought all expansion teams in all leagues were lumped together...:puzzled:
Anyway, I'm pretty happy overall with my offense, but pitching & prospects are few and far between. I've got a couple of seasoned players that might help someone out that I would love to move to shore up both my relief staff & my minors, so I'm receptive to any & all (most) offers.
Bring on the draft!

And here I thought you were a genius in getting some of those players. :)
Dumb luck or not - you did good. If it doesn't give away your strategy - maybe you could send me a U2U with your settings. I would be interested in seeing what kind of subtle difference the settings make.
