Brooklyn in the market for some young pitching...

Here's what I have...

Charlie Blosser 33 year old A- Right Fielder.

Mark Keating 33 year old A- Center Fielder

Blake Schwarzenbach 26 year old B+ Left Fielder

Those players on the block for sure... you make a really good offer I'm willing to listen but I'm really in need of young pitching, mostly in the starting variety...

Congrats Undercaster. The steal of the draft went to you at 6. Well Done. BOS also did very well with the RP he got real late.

i wouldn't call him a steal.

my top 4 in no particular order were chapin, bevacqua, jones, and neschek.

i have seen players of that caliber drop out of the top 10....now THAT's a steal.

i had orr at #6 so he was a good pick at #14.

i would say matlack at #45 in OS19 was the biggest steal.

If you think Chapin or Bevacqua will have a career better than the guy he got at 6 there is little hope for you.

Wow. That's bold. You have to make the adjustment for having a guy in the minors with optimally 5 points for 4 yrs. If you can afford the points then no question he'll be a monster. But, that's a lot of time and a hell of a lot of points. Also he's a reliever at best he'll be a closer with 100 innings pitched. Good starters are worth 200+ innings.

Neschek has C endurance and could start, or with A- health make 90 appearances and log 150-180 innings. At least early in his career until he's developed into a solid SP or a closer. The C+ control makes me think he's better off being developed as a starter.

I had him at 3, but I didn't have a 1s round pick, so I knew I had no chance at him.

it would seem that we have a mr know it all here.

did i say anything at all about who was going to have the better career? or in which order they should have been drafted? i don't think so.

having a better career isn't what this is all about. sometimes you have to draft based on need and CP situation.

taking those guys at #1 and #2 was not a bad thing.

i really know nothing about this game and there is no hope for me as my teams records below can attest.
