And when one does a reverse checking of IP addresses using technology....and finds that 3 of 4 are within 5 miles of each other, and the 4th is 7 miles of the epicenter, one really has to wonder.
I am not calling anyone out and declaring that one individual cheated to win. I am just making a declaration that there are some individuals HIGHLY TRAINED in detecting indiscrepancies, researching these discrepancies, and reporting what they find.
Basically saying...Bloodhounds don't get a scent until the scent is provided.

Now, it is a fact that trades cannot be executed between owners using the same IP address, so there is no changing email accounts as in Hotmail.com, google.com, yahoo.com each with a different user name.....but if one was to instead use a computer for Hotmail.com, a tablet for google.com, a cell phone for yahoo.com, per say, and use a different username for each account ...that person has created 3 different accounts with 3 different IP addresses which can be traded amongst the one deemed most likely to winAnd when one does a reverse checking of IP addresses using technology....and finds that 3 of 4 are within 5 miles of each other, and the 4th is 7 miles of the epicenter, one really has to wonder.
