This was being caused by duplicate code. So I have made a few changes that should solve this, but I'd say could impact half of the pages on the site as a result. If you see any Tomcat Exception reports, please report them to me so I can take a look.

I found a bug with how the claim dates were being set early in the season. If the league date is 3/25, then the claim date should be waiver days + 4/1 to prevent people from sneaking guys through waivers right when the draft runs.This was being caused by duplicate code. So I have made a few changes that should solve this, but I'd say could impact half of the pages on the site as a result.
