Where do I find?

Where do I find the manual everyone keeps talking about for football? I am doing pretty ok but today I just learned that breaking tackles helps pass rushers.. I am sure I am missing other little oddities like this and would like to be able to print this thing off but can't find it. I am sure it's someplace obvious but hell if i can find it.
