Important change coming for football

An important change is coming for football.
Right now, you must carry a minimum of 45 and a maximum of 53 players in the regular season. The eight-player leeway is meant to give you room to maneuver on trades, waiver wire, etc. However, some teams are still cutting to 45 players to try to get extra room under the salary cap.
Starting next week, if you have empty slots under 53 players, each slot will cost 385 against your salary cap as if a first-year player was in that slot. Premium leagues can adjust that number if they want a bigger penalty for empty slots, or can disable the cost for empty slots.
Also, the roster page will start enforcing some limits it wasn't before:
- You will no longer be able to waive your roster under 45 players
- After the offseason but prior to the draft, you will have a 73-man limit; this is to keep your roster at or under the 80-man limit after the draft.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

This change is not in effect yet, I found some problems with it. It should be up in March.

Has changes been made to the improvements in DE prospects? Still seems like a weak position all around
