1). To change the tone here. There is a lot of unfriendliness in some of the tone around here and we will be changing that. This forum needs to be a place where anyone can come to make a suggestion. At this point we're asking each of you who posts here to keep it more civil. If there is a suggestion that has been suggested a thousand times before-we're going to have some organization so that anyone can point the author to previous conversations. If you don't like an idea, you can still say that but everyone needs to show some tact and thoughtfulness. If you want to banter, some is allowed but topics are not going to go off into 10 page rants on whichever way it goes. If you have a problem with the way any of the three mods are handling this forum then let one of the others know if you're not comfortable with directly saying so. We'll keep it private.
2). We will attempt to bring some semblance of organization to the forums. Collecting all the threads on a particular topic in one place for easy reference with a topped thread index so things can be found more easily.
We're open to suggestions on what we should be doing as well but these are our two main focuses at the moment.

OK guys, there are now three moderators for this forum. myself, CCondardo and cubfan531. We have two main parts of our mandate here.1). To change the tone here.
