74 games into the 2001 season 5 games separate first from last in both the American and National Leagues of Long Term Beta.Can't say as I've seen that before.

This is getting ridiculous in the AL. After 137 games, 3 games separate first and last in the AL. Games are already in September and the last place team has a legitimate shot at the playoffs. This could lead to a very interesting tie breaker situation...
