Is anyone else seeing a lack of minor league improvements? In 15 games this season, I've had two guys improve. One was in the first game and the other was a guy who I had assigned zero points. I'm trying to develop three players. Two are pitchers ages 18 and 23 (I expect less improvement out of these guys because they are pitchers) and one is a 22 year old outfielder (no improvements thus far). Is anybody else seeing this or am I just unlucky?September 10, 2002 at 10:51PM View BBCode
I think you're just unlucky -- I've seen normal improvements from my guys.September 11, 2002 at 09:14PM View BBCode
Still going. 18 games and I've had two improvements (1st game and then a guy I had zero coaching points assigned to).September 13, 2002 at 03:05PM View BBCode
21 games and counting. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with having two injured guys. There seem to be a few issues about injured guys not being injured or something. It's so frustrating when your guys just don't improve.September 13, 2002 at 03:22PM View BBCode
I don't know what to tell you -- it just sounds like you're having a bad streak. One thing: I don't think players improve while they are injured. It doesn't sound like that's your problem, but I thought I would mention it just in case.September 13, 2002 at 04:02PM View formatted

FINALLY AN IMPROVEMENT!!!!!September 13, 2002 at 11:29PM View BBCode
Pitchers take a lot longer than position players. I had a pitcher last season with 4 CP all season, he improved 6 times.September 21, 2002 at 01:24AM View BBCode
I'm getting an improvement every game or so...lots so far. Don't know why I'm getting so many.September 21, 2002 at 06:14AM View BBCode
Just to compare, I'm averaging about 2 every 5 games.Pages: 1
