Well not great because whoever picks him is likely to have a terrible team so that mitigates his chances for a while but he will win a bunch .

This guy is mine, and was actually a slightly better prospect if you can believe it! The rare A+ overall gold mine:)
It also really shows that even a guy that good won't be bringing home any hardware without a decent team around him, as he really didn't come into his own until the rest of the team caught up with him.

I know - what a bum!! I can't believe I didn't waiver wire him :)
Actually, the point I was trying to make is that the wins won't come unless there is a supporting cast. My team early in Jefferson's career was pure crap - couldn't hit and couldn't play defense. So, while his ERA/WHIP was very good, the wins and awards didn't start coming until the rest of the team improved.

That guy is incredible! My league's guy did NOT have a good start after being called up, going 2-13 with a 4.52 era. He's GOTTA be better next season, right?

It might be better, but I wouldn't expect great stats with that horrible defense behind him.

Topped out at A+/A+ but only B endurance I believe. Regardless he was one of the best pitchers I have ever seen. It should also be mentioned that division had 3-4 teams consistently competing with no one tanking. The AL is the most competitive league I have ever seen.
